The Stemoscope PRO is an input device, and the sound volume we hear mainly depends on the earphones. The default settings of the Stemoscope PRO should be OK for main stream earphones and users with normal hearing. In case you want extra boost, please try the following:

To boost the volume of the Smartphone mode:

Please refer to the two pictures below. Press the headphone icon in the listening UI and then increase the volume boost to 3 or 4. The default value is 2.

To boost the volume of the Earphone mode:

Please refer to the three pictures below. Press the menu icon in the home UI of the DrStemo app. Find “Settings for Earphone Mode”, and then increase the volume to 4 or 5. The default value is 3.
